Stumbled across these guys earlier this week and it took me about 5 seconds to know I loved their sound. They instantly reminded me of Big Gigantic (previously featured on DubAtomic here), but a little more hip hop and beat based than Big Gigantic’s heavy electro style. Their music includes many hip hop, r&b, jazz, funk and soul vibes with a touch of electronica to bring the tracks to life. On their website they say they “elevate the standard of modern electronic music”. I can get down with that. Their tracks are really well put together. In the evolution of music I think this sound might have the most musical value compared to more abrasive electronic sounds/styles.
