Just a couple of songs that I love in their originality and in these dubstep capabilities. The first being the remix of The Beta Band’s Daydream. And yes, this song has been remixed quite often, see Lupe Fiasco. Mr. Basic is far from plain when it comes to this track. What appeals to me is the slow beat along with the in and out vocals of The Beta Band. The second song is a remix from the late Bob Marley’s Get Up, Stand up. This is probably top five dubstep remixes I’ve heard this year. These guys know how to drop the beat, add in some sick chopped up vocals and still have it sound so smooth. We here at DubAtomic will certainly be keeping an eye on the blunt instruments!
