Sample Spotlight: Fun – We Are Young
Well here we have a couple remixes of Fun’s “We Are Young”. I’ll be honest with you, I’m sick of this song, but I can do remixes. Fun’s next single of their album is way better than ‘We Are Young’. It’s called “Some Nights” and I’m sure we will be hearing remixes of that come down the pipeline soon.
The first one is a remix done by Revolvr and came out just 2 days ago. It’s a house beat with sweet electro synths playing the chords. Revolvr has vocal samples coming in and out throughout the song with a couple buildups to bring it all together
The second track is remixed by Betatraxx and is HUGE! It’s got a more choppy glitch feel to it with some huge bass. Definitely my favorite, but it’s much shorter than the Revolvr remix. Rate the two below….10 stars for Betatraxx and 0 for Revolvr….
